There is a difference between a class and a practice.
We are interested only in the latter. Our most experienced instructors bring deep training and years of experience to the work, and they don’t only teach members — they mentor the team, shaping how we sequence, cue, transition, and progress every class.
The classes themselves use Reformer, Tower, and Chair across a range of formats: classical, fusion, strength, and recovery. The standard isn’t a marketing line. It’s something we actively keep.
One method. Every apparatus.
Every class at The Pilates Society is rooted in classical Pilates principles and taught with intention, precision, and progression. Across every apparatus, the method remains the same: thoughtful movement designed to build strength, control, and longevity in the body.
Reformer
The foundation of classical Pilates. Spring resistance and precise movement work together to build strength, control, alignment, and length from the inside out.
Tower
Vertical resistance training rooted deeply in the classical method. The Tower challenges strength, mobility, and coordination in ways the Reformer cannot.
Chair
Small in size. Significant in demand. The Chair develops balance, stability, and functional strength through controlled, highly focused movement.
Mat
The original practice. No apparatus — only the body, the breath, and the discipline of the method in its purest form.
A space designed with intention.
Warm light. Considered design. Equipment kept the way it deserves to be kept. A team that learns your name, your practice, and the way your body moves day to day.
Members who become regulars. Regulars who become friends. We built this place for the work — and for the people who keep showing up for it.
